Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
- We aim for 1-2 working days for dispatch of all orders (please note at the busiest time (Oct-Dec), dispatch times may take 3-4 working days.
- For UK orders sent via small parcel service (Yodel), delivery can take 3-5 working days after dispatch.
- Orders sent via APC are booked on an overnight service for delivery the next working day.
- Small items up to 500 grams (for EU) and up to 999 grams (ZONES 5 + 6) will be sent with DHL Packet Plus. This service is tracked and signatures are available on over 80% or deliveries.
- Delivery times to the EU is usually within 1 week after dispatch, however, factors such as customs clearance can impact delivery durations. Delivery times outside of the EU can take up to 15 working days.
- For orders placed after 2.30pm, the working day commences at 8am the next day.
Methods Of Delivery
- Zone 1: Orders in the weight range of 0-3kg are sent via Yodel. Orders 3kg+ are sent via APC.
- Zone 2: Orders 100g-3kg are sent via Yodel. Orders 3kg+ are sent via DPD.
- Zone 3: Orders 0-3kg for Scottish Highlands will be sent via Yodel and 3kg+ with APC. Channel Islands will be sent via DHL.
- Zone 4, 5, 6 & 7: Orders are sent via DHL. For ZONE 6, if bulky or high quantity of items purchased then the shipping price will be more than the standard price paid as this is based on the total volume weight of the order, and therefore you will be notified about this by email.
- Large furniture items will need to be shipped via pallet. We will contact you via email to arrange the delivery. For orders outside of the UK that need to be shipped via pallet, the shipping will be charged separately & we will provide a quotation via email.
- Delivery charges listed below exclude VAT. VAT will be applied in the shopping cart.

Do You Deliver Internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to have an EU based web site to cover orders and delivery for mainland Europe customers in the near future.
Are there other Shipping Restrictions?
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
- Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
- Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
- To ensure next-day delivery, order must be placed by 2.30pm GMT.
Shipping Dangerous Goods
Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods (Pure Essential oils, Blends, Essential oil Mists, Room Sprays, Organic essential oils or products which contains alcohol such as Aroma Mists or Perfumes.) We can confirm that we can Ship Dangerous Goods by road ONLY. We are unable to send dangerous goods by air.
BFPO/PO Box Addresses
We cannot ship to a PO Box address via courier within the UK. Please contact us before placing an order to a BFPO address that is a courier delivery as prices will vary.
Packaging
All packages are packed in un-marked packaging. Bathroom products such as soaps and bath bombs come with the ingredients list.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
